We welcome you and appreciate the time you take to visit the Web Page of the Grand Court of South Carolina, Order of the Amaranth. We are a charitable organization. As with all fraternal Orders we do all within our power to make this a better world; not only for our members but for all people. Our biggest objective is to earn funds for the Amaranth Diabetes Research Foundation. No expenses are deducted from our donations. The full amount is used for diabetes research.

Also, one of each year, approximately 25 Amaranth members and 35 camp children and their counselors joined together in celebrating 'learning to enjoy eating' , giving of gifts to the children (John Deere lunchboxes, necklaces, stuffed animals and peanuts) and Amaranth being entertained by counselors and others who were previously campers themselves. Seeing these kids confirms that we as Amaranth members are fortunate that we can help in raising money for meeting the challenges of diabetes and for diabetes research.  See short cut button below for Camp Item Fisher.
