Williams I am a member of the Order of the Amaranth: Yes I wish to obtain more information about the Order of the Amaranth: No I reside in: California My Court is: Palo Alto Court No. 115 My Court is located at: Palo Alto, California My comments: My husband John Williams, Grand Representative to British Columbia from California and I attended Grand Court in Victoria, BC on 6 March 2010. We were sorry that we could not attend all the sessions but Grand Court in California overlaps Grant Court in BC. It was interestingto learn that there are only 4 courts and a membership of 125 members! From the moment we checked in and began meeting Honored Ladies and Sir Knights from Canada and other states in the USA, we were warmly greeted and we did not feel like "strangers in a strange land". We both enjoyed the fellowship! The Supreme and Grand Officers we met were "down" to earth and did not ignore you because of their titles. This is what I enjoy about Amaranth. To many of the other Masonic orders do not make you feel like you are their equal. We had a great time and plan on attending again one of these days. I wish we could attend Grand Court in Ontario but work comes first. Perhaps another day.
